He holds a Master's Degree in Administration with a Mention in Organizational Management from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Los Llanos Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora de Santa Bárbara, a PhD in Legal Sciences from the Crown University of Bradenton and a postdoc in Application of Ontologies to Knowledge Management from the Crown University of Bradenton in condition of double degree with the Postdoctoral program in Knowledge Ontology and its Transcendence from the Educational Perspective, and its application in Organizational Management by the University Fermín Toro de Lara.
